What are the key program features?
The Holistically Living Lifestyle Program is your online holistic health centre which motivates you to live a healthy balanced lifestyle. Designed to be a lifestyle changer this is a program with a difference to make a difference – where else can you have access to a range of coaches in one place without spending a fortune for their advice?!
Most importantly, the program is designed for you to have FUN while being inspired every day! You will have support from the Holistically Living Community as a whole, including other program participants, and be part of a movement in our society – A Wellness Movement – how cool is that!
The Holistically Living Lifestyle Program features wholesome fulfilling recipes for the whole family (including vegetarian and vegan options, and treats too) with new recipes added constantly, we will even provide you sample meal plans and shopping lists to make the whole process easier for you. Every 3 months you will be able to participate in a 3 day reset program being guided through each step.
We will feature regular exercise guides, workout plans and challenges to get your body moving. While also taking time to live mindfully through yoga, meditation sessions, breath work and life coaching activities.
Plus don’t forget all program participants receive exclusive invites to our Wellness Workshops.
How will I have time for this program?
The most amazing thing about this program is that it’s tailored to your individual lifestyle, and you choose the speed at which you’re comfortable with to make the changes in your life. We’re here to support you on your own journey and we understand that not everyone is the same. Your monthly check-in with one of our coaches will be personalised just for you to make sure you are not just a number in a program.
“It’s not a diet, it’s a lifestyle” – you won’t find yourself slipping back to old habits because along the way we have educated you on the importance of these changes and slowly but surely you have made this new lifestyle a habit.
So I can participate in the program from home?
Yes! The HL Lifestyle Program is an online platform, so you can access the program material and participate at a time and place that suits you.
Who are the HL Coaches?
You can meet our coaches here. We have collaborated with health and wellness professionals in various fields of expertise who are all dedicated and share a common goal – to help you find the tools you need to live a holistic balanced life. Each of the HL Coaches have been carefully selected with you in mind, all living and leading by example.
What do you mean when you say ‘living a holistic balanced life’?
The HL Lifestyle Program supports and coaches you every step of the way to live the most balanced life you can. Read our Blog about what we think of balanced living – and no it is not to achieve the perfect 50/50 percentage between work and life (now is that really even possible?!), it’s more about adapting and finding ways to be the best version of you where you are right now in life.
What are the Pillars of a Holistic Lifestyle?
The HL Lifestyle Program is all structured around the Pillars of a Holistic Lifestyle: Move Often, Nourished Lifestyle, Conscious Living, Love More and Nurture Self.
How does it work?
When our Membership is open you just click one of the Join Now buttons and follow the prompts to become part of the Holistically Living community. It’s that simple! The HL Lifestyle Program is a monthly online subscription with a 3 month minimum sign up (of course we would love for you to stay longer!).
Once we have confirmation of your sign up we will contact you and connect you to the community. If you do not hear from us within 24 hours after you sign up, please email firstname.lastname@example.org.
Why 3 months?
According to studies, it can take on average up to 66 days to form a habit and for it to become automatic… but can vary widely depending on individual circumstances. When you think about it logically, how can you really create change if you don’t invest your time! We offer a 3 month minimum subscription to allow you to really give it a go at making the right changes in your life (you’ve totally got this by the way). We of course would love for you to stay longer!
Why should I stay?
Because we would love you too!! And you are much more likely to stay on track if you are being held accountable.
Each month we provide fresh new program content for you to access and refer back to whenever you like. Unfortunately you will not be able to access any past (or future) content should you cease your subscription.
What is a Founding Member?
If you joined as part of our initial intake for the program commencing 1 October 2017 you are part of an exclusive group who also receive lifetime access to the program at the sign up rate of $14.99 p/m (forever!!) providing you maintain your membership (ie no break in subscription).
When can I start?
Intake is only at limited times throughout the year, so be sure to keep an eye out for our subscription dates or subscribe to our mailing list to one of the first to hear about new launch dates and added to our wait list.
Do I need a Facebook Account?
Yes as most of our communication is done via a private Facebook Group which is exclusive to the program members.
What type of recipes can I expect?
We have a range of recipes that are continuously updated – we split the meals between breakfast, dinner, lunch, treats and snacks. We have a vast selection of vegetarian and vegan options – recipes are labelled accordingly.
We will provide suggested shopping lists and weekly meal planners to help you make the right choices for you. Every 3 month we will share a 3 day reset especially customised for the program.
Do I have to live in Australia?
Yes currently the HL Lifestyle Program is only available to Australian residents, but the USA is in our sights!
