As a Health and Lifestyle Educator, Melanie incorporates her love of yoga, meditation, fitness and good food to help you find your healthy balance in life. Being a busy mum to two gorgeous little souls, she knows first hand about the importance of self care and making your needs a priority.
Through her own style of coaching Melanie will inspire, motivate and educate you to live a life full of purpose. Drawing from her own experiences she will help you to feel beautiful, confident, motivated, energised and for the most part to love yourself and your life every day. Melanie is living proof that if your needs are being met you will be a happier, more grounded person being able to look after loved ones with more love and patience. Having always been one to chase her dreams wholeheartedly Melanie will inspire you to do the same!
Introduced to the spiritual and wellness world from a young age, Karlee has always embraced this way of living. As a healthy living enthusiast, who travels Australia sharing her passion for yoga and reiki, she naturally demonstrates that you truly can love and appreciate the life you live.
Karlee has been attuned to the level of Reiki Master and Teacher. Her style of Reiki Healing clears blocked energies connected to the mindset and chakras, whilst her yoga compliments her holistic approach to coaching, integrating mediation, breath and movement. She will inspire you to move forward, always striving to be the best version of yourself – body, mind and soul, but importantly to show you how to stay grounded and have fun while doing it!

Carol is the heart, body and soul of Divine Enlightenment and offers an intuitive style of Reiki Healing, including Distant Healing and Angel Card Readings, while also incorporating her knowledge of access bars and the powerful technique of Isis Seichim. Carol has received her Reiki Master level of attunement and now shares her gift of healing by teaching others. Her natural abilities, passion and love for helping to heal others does not go unnoticed.
Having always lived a life of spiritual understanding, Carol guides others to see life experiences as lessons and a journey toward ones true path. Carol will educate you on how activating the body’s natural healing process to restore physical and emotional wellbeing, channelling a positive mindset, as well as nourishing one’s body will help you become your optimal self.

The HL Lifestyle Program supports and coaches you every step of the way to live the most balanced life you can. What are the Pillars of a Holistic Lifestyle?
The HL Lifestyle Program is all structured around the Pillars of a Holistic Lifestyle: Move Often, Nourished Lifestyle, Conscious Living, Love More and Nurture Self.
How does it work?
When our Membership is open you just click one of the Join Now buttons and follow the prompts to become part of the Holistically Living community. It’s that simple! The HL Lifestyle Program is a monthly online subscription with a 3 month minimum sign up (of course we would love for you to stay longer!).
